Scientists discovered an unknown baby right whale off Canada. They say it's a cause for joy

Researchers identified a previously unseen North Atlantic right whale calf off Anticosti Island, Quebec, swimming with its mother, Silt, raising the latest birthing season’s count to 24. The New England Aquarium says that is the most productive season since 2009 for a population of about 380 whales.
