A Bayesian analysis combining a self-consistent Skyrme RPA model with Gamow-Teller resonance measurements on lead-208, tin-132 and zirconium-90 yielded the Landau-Migdal parameter G'_0 at saturation density of 0.48±0.034, below traditional pion-exchange estimates.
