The ZTF SN Ia DR2 sample includes 3628 spectroscopically confirmed Type Ia supernovae from the survey's first 2.5 years. Scene Modeling Photometry yields consistent stretch and color with forced photometry, but a sensor 'pocket-effect' causes non-linearities that currently block cosmology-grade use.
