Give a diffusion model enough time and it still won't show you a protein unfolding, at least not with standard sequential sampling. A new method called METALICA swaps parallelism across particles for parallelism across diffusion levels, and at a budget where the old approach finds nothing, it uncovers a second free energy minimum.
