A re-elected BC NDP would lock in 12 per cent of advance ferry bookings for locals on two routes, with 10 per cent held until four days out and another 2 per cent until 24 hours before sailing. The pilot targets Horseshoe Bay-Langdale and Powell River-Comox, where tourism demand has made booking a seat tougher for residents.
