A West Vancouver waterfront lot is asking $16.8 million for empty land, roughly $600 a square foot, years after a 1929 heritage home there was torn down despite a last-minute protection order. The listing pitches renderings of a "Yacht House" design, but the district says no building permit has even been filed.
