Russian strikes on an aid facility and shelter in Komyshuvakha, in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, killed at least 31 people, with more than 45 residents still missing, officials said. The overnight barrage also damaged power plants and hospitals and triggered emergency power cuts as Ukraine prepared for U.S.-brokered peace talks in Abu Dhabi.
