CPU-Z Data Shows 16 GB RAM Gaining Ground While 32 GB and 64 GB RAM Shares Shrink

CPU-Z Validator submissions show 32 GB remains the most common memory capacity at 37.2%, though that share fell 2.5% versus a year earlier, and 64 GB slipped to 7.3%. CPU-Z developer Doc TB says this is the first year-over-year drop in PC RAM capacity, with 16 GB climbing to 33.0% amid rising memory prices.
