Titan OS, a Barcelona-based smart TV operating system maker, raised $46 million in equity and debt from BlackRock-managed funds and existing investors, bringing its total to $110 million. It now serves 30 million users, up from 18 million, and has added Sharp, AOC, Vestel and Skyworth as partners.
