The watchOS 27.3 beta lets owners of Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 test two Audio Intelligence features: Siri Recap, which builds titled summaries of conversations, and Live Rewind, which turns the previous 15 seconds of audio into text. Apple says the features neither record nor store audio and that users can opt out, though launch is English-only outside the EU.
