Spotify reportedly plans to launch an AI remixing tool in early 2027, charging subscribers an extra $4 to $5 monthly to create and upload versions of songs. The service has licensing deals with Universal Music Group, Merlin and Believe, while Sony Music and Warner Music talks continue, and artists can veto use of their work.
