Marvell agreed to buy Lumentum in an all-stock deal with an implied enterprise value of $115 billion and a 4.500 exchange ratio. They say pairing Marvell's interconnect and custom silicon with Lumentum's lasers and optical transceivers targets AI data-center connectivity; closing is expected in the first half of 2028.
