NVIDIA and Oracle plan to scale OCI Superclusters to multi-gigawatt capacity with Vera Rubin NVL72 racks, each linking 72 GPUs, while Vera Rubin systems and Vera CPUs are generally available on OCI. OpenAI said it used an OCI Supercluster in Abilene, with over 100,000 Blackwell GPUs, to train and serve GPT-6 Astra.
