The OCaml team released version 4.14.5, containing six security fixes, a pattern-matching miscompilation fix and a macOS configuration fix, and advised users of earlier 4.14 releases to upgrade. The team will begin evaluating in January 2027 whether to end active maintenance of the 4.14 branch, potentially stopping between June and the end of that year.
