Amazon CEO Andy Jassy said most of AWS’s large committed cloud capacity is sold out through 2027, with some 2028 capacity allocated and headroom kept for On Demand, EC2 and Bedrock. Analysts and developers questioned whether this means ordinary EC2 instances are hard to obtain, while some reported constraints on on-demand and Kubernetes clusters.
