Nemo: Efficient Caching with Index Pushdown for Disaggregated OLTP Databases

Nemo is a proposed index-and-buffer design for storage-disaggregated OLTP databases that push the index down to storage. It uses a tree-structured record cache, caches negative search results, and offers phantom protection, outperforming page-based B+Trees, 2-Tree and PCL in experiments.
