APO-DD adapts GEPA to automatically optimize LLM prompts for dialogue disentanglement in multi-party chat, tuning both task instructions and chat formatting functions. With Qwen3.5-9B on Ubuntu IRC it averaged 68.7 across seven metrics versus 57.5 for the best manual prompt.
