Comcast will cut 634 jobs in Philadelphia and 119 in New Jersey as it restructures its cable, broadband and wireless units amid flat revenue. It also plans more than 1,100 new hires, over 500 of them in Philadelphia, and a $1 billion charge in late 2026.
