Los Angeles plans to install 65 public trash cans in Koreatown after residents complained about inadequate disposal options. The Los Angeles Tenants Union's Koreatown chapter, which started its Barrio Limpio campaign in September, also wants dumpsters at all apartment buildings and businesses and more reliable bulky-item pickup.
