A federal judge ruled that the EPA may intervene in the Clean Air Act suit over xAI's Memphis-area gas turbines but cannot unilaterally end it once it joins. The suit was brought by SELC, Earthjustice and the NAACP, and the Trump administration had sought dismissal.
