Damien Charlotin, creator of the AI Hallucination Cases site, has launched a database of AI Deepfakes in Court that so far lists 26 cases worldwide. It records rulings where deepfakes were offered or alleged as evidence, separating failures to authenticate an exhibit from findings that it was AI-generated.
