Denver tiny home community switches to ‘substance-free’ model

Denver’s La Paz micro-community is shifting to a substance-free model from Nov. 1, with completion expected early next year, according to the Denver Department of Housing Stability. The 60-unit Overland site, run with Colorado Village Collaborative, will require residents to sign an agreement, while the 40-unit Steele site remains low-barrier.
