Thirteen Near North Side buildings open their doors free this weekend, no registration needed, including a basset-hound-shaped shelter facade and the country's first women's athletic club building. The tour also hits a 1920s surgeons' auditorium with Tiffany bronze doors and Old Town's oldest business, running since 1888.
