SV@Home and MidPen Housing marked the October 13 opening of Ira D. Hall Square in Sunnyvale: 176 affordable apartments for households at 30% to 70% of Area Median Income, with 45 homes for people who have experienced homelessness. It is Sunnyvale's first completed project under the Lawrence Station Area Plan.
