Bob Costarella now runs Red Eye Barbecue inside Santa Rosa's Epicenter sports and entertainment complex, replacing the former Victory House restaurant after apprenticing under Austin pitmaster Lance Kirkpatrick and building a following through Saturday pop-ups in Roseland.
