Amazon is reportedly closing in on a $7 billion deal for Decart, a chip-switching AI startup valued at nearly $4 billion just months ago. Anthropic walked away from buying it in September after due diligence; Decart's software already runs inside MGM Studios, Twitch and Amazon's retail operations.
