San Gabriel's Dumpling & Beer Fest hits its 11th year Friday with free admission, over 20 food vendors, 17 drink partners and a first-ever Dumpling Bowl cook-off. The beer garden costs extra, with VIP tickets running past $90, and organizers expect more than 7,000 people to show up.
