Vercel CLI adds Spend Management

Vercel's CLI now supports Spend Management through a vercel budgets command that shows current spend and the active budget, and lets users set or remove a budget. A pause option halts production deployments at 100%, and an alerts subcommand lists budget alert history. Managing budgets requires the Owner or Billing role.

Integrating SEO Components into Discord

Discord can now swap the automatic link card for a custom preview with formatted text, an image gallery and buttons, all driven by JSON in your page's HTML. The Open Graph tags still have to be there as a fallback, and Discord never runs JavaScript, so everything must be in the server-rendered markup.
