DIXON – Kelly S. Flanagan, clinical director at Florissa Pediatric Developmental Center and a member of the Dixon School Board, will give a free talk today on “Going Back to School in the Age of Anxiety, Technology, and School Violence.”

Flanagan will answer questions about how to cope with children’s worries, manage their use of social media and technology, and cultivate a sense of security in an era when school violence is so often publicized.
