SAN JOSE — A big manufacturing and industrial complex proposed for empty land in San Jose that could accommodate hundreds of jobs is taking a key step forward.

The project would be built at 865 Embedded Way in San Jose, a site that consists of 10.2 acres of land, city planning documents show.
