NEVADA COUNTY – Containment of the Rices Fire in Nevada County increased to 24% Friday night, leading authorities to lift some evacuation warnings, according to Cal Fire.
The wildfire remained at 904 acres as of 7 p.m., the Cal Fire Nevada-Yuba-Placer Unit said in an incident update.
