SAN JOSE — A modern tech, advanced manufacturing and logistics complex that would replace a four-decade-old industrial building could sprout in north San Jose, plans filed with city officials show.

The project would be located at 2105 Lundy Ave. and 2031 Concourse Drive in San Jose, according to the documents filed with the municipal planning department.
