A former branch manager of a Tustin Comerica bank was sentenced Monday, Jan. 25, to more than three years in prison for stealing in excess of $1 million from a customer with dementia, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

Marie Fulle, 38, of Newport Beach was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $1.1 million in restitution after prosecutors say she spent the stolen money on such things as gambling and luxury items. Fulle pleaded guilty in September 2019 to two counts of bank fraud, federal authorities said.
