SAN JOSE — First, a mass shooting delayed it, then vandalism. But on Sunday, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority will finally reopen its full Blue Line, running light rail trains from Baypointe to Santa Teresa, including all stops in between.

The Green Line, which runs from Old Ironsides to the Winchester station, is still being inspected before a full reopening.
