While Sal Pizarro’s column did a great job of reminding us why it’s more than just “bummer” news that Carl Guardino was stepping down from the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, it was the photo of the smiling Carl, son on his shoulder, in a crowd of turkey trotters that captured the essence of the man I met 24 years ago.
