SANTA CLARA – A federal cyberstalking case involving a cadre of eBay Inc. employees widened this week to include a second former Santa Clara police captain.

Philip Cooke, who supervised security operations at the company’s European and Asian offices, is charged with conspiracy to commit cyberstalking and conspiracy to tamper with a witness.
