Blizzard has detailed the upcoming World of Warcraft Shadowlands pre-expansion patch ahead of its release.

The Shadowlands pre-patch 9.0.1 already became available through Blizzard’s background downloader, suggesting that a release of the patch is imminent. The pre-expansion patch will allow players to experience some of the content coming to Shadowlands next month, including the level squish to level 50, the New Player Starting Experience, the new mentor program,  and much more.
