Software and cloud services provider Microsoft Corporation announced today that it is partnering up with Hawthorne, California-based internet and launch services provider Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) to use the latter's Starlink constellation of internet satellites for Microsoft's Azure cloud computing platform.
