The current crisis is first and foremost humanitarian, with 300k casualties to date worldwide and massive joblessness. Depending on the forecasting analysts, the 2020 automotive market may be down 10-15% in China and 15-25% in Europe and the USA. Even if it is too early to assess how much damage has been done, most actors are reducing their OPEX and CAPEX. Health-related behaviors are changing. This has started to trickle down to startups and tech development.
