A Belvedere mansion with incredible bay access is selling for $14.9 million. The house was built by Philippe Kahn, the inventor of the camera for phones.

Kahn is an avid boat racer and yachtsman, and he built the home in 2009 to include a parking space for his yacht. Traveling time from the property’s dock to downtown San Francisco by yacht takes about 10 minutes.
