Though the Omicron surge reportedly shows signs of cresting in the Bay Area, the COVID continues to plague the region’s arts and entertainment scene, prompting cancellations and postponements, sometimes at the spur of a moment. Here are some of the canceled and rescheduled shows.

With the situation so unsettled, it’s important that you check a show or venue’s website for updates and COVID safety requirements before you go. Know that as of Feb. 1, several venues will require proof of vaccination and booster shots. Some will also require N95 or other masks considered more effective than cloth masks.
